Sometimes a callback in just a few minutes is not the most convenient option for callers.

By offering an opportunity to schedule an appointment for a later time demand can be moved to a convenient time for the caller and contact centre – i.e. when agents are expected to be free.

When used in conjunction with Concierge® callers first hear the expected wait time and are then offered a number of options about when they wish to be called back – further demonstrating an understand and respect for the value of their time.
