When contacting customer support please have to hand the following information:

  • Your name and contact details (email and phone)
  • Details of the issue that you are encountering
  • When the issue was first encountered
  • Whether the issue is ongoing or intermittent
  • The number of users impacted

A technical support engineer will be assigned to your case and work with you through to resolution. They may request further information, such as log files or screenshots, depending upon the issue reported.
